Prior to 2021, my name since birth has been Samuel Rubenstein. 

After graduating from Phoenix Job Corps with a High School Diploma and a Maintenance Certification. I immediately studied solar energy, solar paneling, and I achieved a Solar Panel Auditor License. But home auditing wasn't my calling, so I left Arizona and went to work as a Power-Line Vegetation Clearance Laborer. Although I enjoyed the money, I didn't want to work outside in the heat for the rest of my life. 

Always having the knack for being tech-savvy, I decided to go into computer science. I knew computer technology was the future, so I strove to build something of myself in that arena. Two years online schooling while traveling and trimming trees away from power lines, I achieved my associates. 

Additionally of note with regard to website creation, I am HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) certified, with experience creating websites for private medical practices. I am extremely cognizant of the potential consequences and legal ramifications that may occur if the website fails to meets the HIPPA standards set forth by the US Department of Health and Human Services. The HIPPA standards are not limited to records kept with the medical facility’s electronic health record, but also the organizations website. Any website that I create, you can have peace of mind that any protected health information or sensitive information will be safeguarded with individualized state-of-the-art firewalls and security.
